Union Language Centre - Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy



Please take a moment to read the booking terms and cancellation policy:

BOOKING TERMS: To secure a place on a language course ULC requires a bookong deposit of 25% of the total cost of the course. The outstanding balance is payable 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. For courses booked less than 14 days prior to their commencement, ULC requires 100% of the course fee to be paid at the time of booking.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY: For courses cancelled up to 30 days before commencement, there will only be a cancellation fee of £150. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the course starts, the full 25% booking deposit will be charged. For cancellations within 7 days of course commencement, 60% of the total cost will be payable. Any cancellation payment or part thereof may be refunded if the place on the course can be given to another student, in which case ULC will only charge a cancellation fee of £150. Fees are not reimbursed if the student arrives late or departs before the end of the course. All cancellations must be received in writing.
